Brain, it might have been beneficial to state that the reason he was being charged was for a bad check in the amount of 5000 last year. quote: He is being charged with felony theft and bad check charges in Las Vegas that allege he bounced a $5,000 business check last year. If he did, its a felony. If not, then i cannot imagine a DA persuing this avenue.

Beneficial to the reader, Brain. The way you wrote it made it sound like some conspiracy by the republican party to prevent this man from running. as much as i detest that party and everything they are doing now, misleading only makes things worse.
