I usually wait till I have a batch of it- then do a series of loads. I own a dryer- but never use it.

Maybe he does that thing my grandma used to do. Not sure what it was but it involved a wooden slab with folding legs, a silver fabric type cover, and this weird wedge shaped thing that got hot when you plugged it in...

Now I have to wash my/our own stuff (booooo) but for 5 years after my ex bf and I were over, I had an apartment (and cuz my building was coin operated laundry) and he picked up my laundry and brought it back washed n folded for me. I didn't even ask, he insisted. He met and married a nice gal (2 yrs now) so he bought me a new washer/dryer for my new townhouse about then. Boooooo hiss again. [:(] I hate laundry.

It never, ever ends. There is always more dirty laundry waiting. And the little hill of clean laundry grows into a veritable mountain range while waiting to be folded and put away. [&:] Usually I try to at least put in one load right after getting up, and one last thing before going to bed. Everything in between depends more or less upon luck. I try to put as much as I can on th line, but considering the amount of laundry, the limited space on the line, and the time things take to dry, especially in the winter, much goes into the dryer.
