I don't have any sources for you, but the best advice I can give is to use synthetic leather. It's really not very hard to find, and most shops that make custom pieces will be happy to make your piece from synthetic material instead of real leather, especially if you tell them why you need it. In addition, most shops with ready-made pieces have a nice selection made from synthetic "pleather" materials. Usually, these will be a bit cheaper than ordering from a vegan specific site. Also, when it comes to bondage, never underestimate the power of rope and metal. No leather there, but just as satisfying.
