I really don't care one way or the other but states rights are being ignored on a regular basis by the Feds. Maybe if they tax weed, they will stop raising taxes on liquor and cigars.

The Governator has been talking about legalizing and taxing marijuana for a few years now. Schwarzenegger open to studying marijuana tax idea May 5, 2009 \| 2:06 pm "Gov. What is also significant about the whole change in laws, is the removal of pot from the black market. The laws made it a gateway drug to harder stuff not the drug itself. Yea, I hope it passes also. So, Brain, is pot legal in Canada and if not what are you doing to get them to change the law there?
