Have you looked into some of the medical play techniques? They are certainly about genital torture. (note they do not have to have the dr/nurse etc theme attatched to them either the role play IS optional) I have done scenes with sounding, catherters, iv bags with saline solutions and added food coloring to the solution to watch the genitals swell and discolour etc....all that and still medical play is not my kink but I do enjoy learning new things and having new experiences.
