Same here. I played pinball with SM once before one of their shows at a bar in a campustown during their tour for Wowee Zowee. He was skinny, pale, laconic, and he kicked ass at Batman pinball. In nice weather I still wear my Pavement "Over Easy" shirt pretty frequently.
Also, even though I swore up and down Dinosaur Jr was the last reunion show I'd ever attend, a friend and I are going to at least two Pavement shows this summer.
Ok, last highjack. I'm a Slanted and Enchanted girl. I played that CD until it skipped. Though Wowee Zowee was their masterpiece in my mind.
Back to the OP, would the Beastie Boys count? The brilliant trio of Michael "Mike D" Diamond, Adam "MCA" Yauch, and Adam "Ad-Rock" Horovitz have been rapping together since 1979.
