I don't actually know what those things are...

should have been ~FR, but there was this ringing and people sort of begging to give oral favors and my whole day flipped!

Change is GOOD!

But you do have to make sure that your needs are met- and if those have to come first in order for you to be able to address others' needs properly, then tell them that. If they don't understand, well that's just too damn bad for them. Don't let it bother you.
