We know a couple here in Denver - Femdom/girlie-boy submissive. They do a bit of protocol in their dynamic and he must ask for permission to go to the bathroom when she is in his vicinity. He was running late for an engagement, and went without asking her. It was not a major infraction, but the sort of thing that they enjoy in their dynamic as it provided an idea for some play. His punishment was to wear diapers for two days, and to use them, and she did change him. The overall experience for them was good, but it was just a single experience in an overall dynamic relationship. OP, a lot of what Steven said is true. Having a diaper fetish is really narrowing the pool of women who are going to be interested. And if they are, it is going to more than likely be for a one-time event like the one I described above. If you have a "little" inside you, there are ways to explore that as part of an overall much expanded dynamic of D/s. But if you simply make it the only thing you are -all about-, you are unlikely to attract a Lady to consider you. No different than crossdressing, trampling, cuckholding, etc. If you are just a one-trick-pony, what's in it for the Lady, and how many times can you do the "diaper thing" before it just gets old and trite...where then? Diapers are just a single note in what should be a symphony. I can only recommend to you that you really look at both the Dominant Women here and in your local community. Study what they are looking for. I think that what you will find is that the overwhelming majority are looking for - a relationship, possibly a dedicated relationship; a diverse D/s dynamic; an undercurrent based on service and possibly love; and various forms of bondage, discipline, sadism, and masochism. All focused on them. Not us, but focused on them. Sort of the point really... If you only present a single fetish that is totally focused on you... Hope that helps.
