This "poem" was ready in my head when I woke up a morning a few months back. Comments welcome.

l am your Mistress
You kneel before me
You rely on my strength
You depend on my iron will

I am your Mistress
Not your Goddess

I claim my rights
My right to cry
My right to be wrong
My right to fail

I am your Mistress
Not your Goddess

I am a human being
A human that sometimes needs tenderness
A human that sometimes needs a soft kiss
A human that sometimes needs your smile

I am your Mistress
Not your Goddess

I am a human being
It is my whole being that makes me me
It is my whole being that is your Mistress
It is my whole being that wants you

I am your Mistress
Not your Goddess

That's why you are at my feet
That's why you serve me
That's why you love me
