WGAL said it could be- and I quote, "unconstitutional".

It seems one sticking point is the lack of signage.

In PA there are plenty of laws on the books for distracted drivers. In way- the officer goofed - as he likely could have used one of those.

If anything- it is interesting to watch the battle.
