Nice to know you care even though you don't toke Hunky.
But one thing did catch my eye - "The new approach could generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines for the Philadelphia courts. ".
This is no breakthough, they remain true to form. I knew this type of shit was about ready to happen, it makes sense. Too many people want pot for it to remain illegal. It is not cost effective this way. When Texas slammed people away for five years for one seed, it did no good and cost out the ass. By now I could probably just roll one up on the streets of Corpus Christy(sp) and not worry. And there are areas there with like seven different law enforcement agencies in operation, or at least there were. Who knows now.
But in the land of freedom and democracy there is one thing almost for sure, there will be a tradeoff. Perhaps next you'll need a license to take a shit.
