"Silence"
(Delirium with SARAH McLACHLAN)

Give me release
witness me
I am outside
give me peace

Heaven holds a sense of wonder
and I wanted to believe
that I'd get caught up
when the rage in me subsides

In this white wave
I am sinking
in this silence
in this white wave
in this silence
I believe

Passion chokes the flower
'til she cries no more
possessing all the beauty
hungry still for more

Heaven holds a sense of wonder...

I can't help this longing
comfort me
I can't hold it all in
if you won't let me

Heaven holds a sense of wonder...

In this white wave
I am sinking
in this silence
in this white wave
in this silence
I believe

I have seen you
in this white wave
you are silent
you are breathing
in this white wave
I am free

If you want a good 'beat' (no pun intended), try some of these-
'Fetisha'  by Orgy
'The Undertaker' from the soundtrack Underworld Evolution
'Pet' by A Perfect Circle
'Mindfields' by The Prodigy
'Trip Like I Do' by The Crystal Method

I highly recommend Evenescense, but it can also depend on what type of mood you are trying to set as well.

i tend to love "I'm Gonna Crawl" by Led Zepplin:

I don't have to go by plane
I don't have to go by car
People, I don't care just where my darling is
I just don't care how far
I'm Gonna Crawl, I'm Gonna Crawl

ooh just thought of more

The Divinyls, Pleasure and Pain (not exactly sexy, but it's right there in the title!)
Guns 'n' Roses, Pretty Tied Up
And a great one is Alice Cooper, Poison:

Your cruel device
Your blood, like ice
One look, could kill
My pain, your thrill...

I wanna love you but I better not touch
I wanna hold you, but my senses tell me to stop
I wanna kiss you but I want it too much
I wanna taste you but your lips are venomous poison
You're poison, running through my veins
Poison
I don't wanna play these games

Your mouth, so hot
Your web, I'm caught
Your skin, so wet
Black lace, on sweat....

I hear you calling and it's needles and pins
I wanna hurt you just to hear you screaming my name
Don't wanna touch you but you're under my skin (deep in)
I wanna taste you but your lips are venomous poison
You're poison, running through my veins
Poison
I don't wanna break these chains

Funnily enough, this was a fave of mine when it came out when I was five...  Go figure

The metal band Danzig has 3 songs we use all the time...

Little Whip
I Don't Mind the Pain
Sadistikal

We also use Lords of Acid and Enya.  Someone a bit more obscure is Lorena McKennett (sp?).  She sings Celtic-style music.  "Cry Little Sister" by Sister of Mercy.  The theme from The Lost Boys, if anyone remembers.  A favorite of ours is the "Personal Jesus" remake by Marilyn Manson.

You may wanna check out music explicitly made for BDSM, by ButtBoy.

Hope these help.

For a good beat to beat along with The Faint's "Danse Macabre" is awesome.  It's not metal, but it's dark.  "Total Job" is probably the best for scening.  It's a great CD.

Blue Oyster Cult "Dominance and Submission".

I tend to like edge play, so my choices such artists as Butt Boy, NIN,Coal Chamber,Fear Factory,Rammsteinn. For those quiet or more sentual play sessions, Moby,Sarah Brightman,Bjork, Sisters of Mercy etc.

I was hearing the song "Senza una donna" by Zucchero and Paul Young on the radio today.. the lyrics even mention her giving him "torture and bliss".... seems an appropriate song..
