Yup. it's getting to the point where we have to consider having pity for stupidity. It may be better they go into bankrupcy, perhaps get a chapter seven because of fraudulent actions. Then they can rent a shack for seven years and then try again.

The discussion has been had about how the banks profit from this whole mess, there is no need to reiterate it now.
