Mercnbeth -> My daughter's cute litttle tea set! (4/9/2010 12:09:38 PM)

A long time ago one day my wife was out, and I was in charge of my 2 1/2 years old daughter.

Someone had given her a little 'tea set' as a gift, and it was one of her favorite toys.

I was in the living room reading the evening news when she brought me a little cup of 'tea', which was just water.

After several cups of tea and lots of praise for such yummy tea, my wife came home.

I made her wait in the living room to watch her bring him a cup of tea, because it was 'just the cutest thing!'

My wife waited, and sure enough, here she came down the hall with a cup of tea for her Daddy; and she watched me drink it up.

Then she said, (as only a mother would know),

"'Did it ever occur to you that the only place she can reach to get water is the toilet?"

But seriously, I appauld you. It is the duty of any man with a daughter, who would consider himself to be a good father, to sit down on the tiny chair and attend her tea party.

Ah, yes.

Little kids and water; first thing to ask "where did you get that, and what kind of mess did you leave behind?" [:D]
