Fat gives mouth satisfaction. Plus if you take out the fat, you have to add more sugar. However if you have an illness that prevents absorption of food with fat, then you would get used to this. In theory.

Better to have a smaller piece of the real stuff. Take your time and eat it slowly, savoring the taste.

That fat free stuff goes waaaaay overboard with sweetener.  Holy shit, it'll make ya pucker right up (but maybe that's better for blow jobs!)

You went there.  You couldn't stand another week without a fat thread.  I am so disappointed in you.

I haven't read all of this thread but all fat free is less fat and more sugar. They replace the fat they take out with sugar. GOOD fat is good for you and helps to burn fat. Yes it sounds wrong but its right. Fat as well as protein also works to keep you feeling full longer, whereing low fat tends to make you hungry because of the sugar that is added. Fat is also where a lot of flavor is so if you like flavor do not get rid of the fat. Next time you go to the store look at the label.

Fat is good in moderation. I am a big low carber (when i am doing it correctly that is lol) and learned about the sugar substitute in low fat though that but i have also learned to be a lot more wary of added sugar in food and simply look at the saturated fats and transfats when to determine what i avoid.

Moderation is what i am learning along with good and bads of everything -- good fat, bad fat, good carbs bad carbs, good protein bad protein lol.

I could never stand low fat food, which is why lower carb has always worked well for me when i eat healthy and correctly.

Jeffff, why do you eat fat free? Mister, you need a little fat.

honey bun, eat some cheesecake, enjoy it for me.

there is no point to fat free. When you are gonna be bad, be bad. 100% evil or nothing

fat free is for the hypocrites!

no fat in your diet makes for dry flaky skin and hard poop or complete constipation. none which makes anyone attractive. i drink 2 % milk because whole milk makes me feel yucky.i use whole milk and real butter for cooking and baking.
i love my curves .
i always thought my head looked too big for my body when i weighed 100lbs. ( many many moons ago)
fucking skinny guys is not much fun either. especially when i'm on top. i get scared i will brake them.
