They say 150 is high, it's been over 5000 here as of late on a daily basis and everything is turning green. If you have allergies best to stay in much as possible with the A/C going. Much of the time you will see others with respitory issues wearing masks across their faces when going out in it or out working in the yard. There are several over the counter items you can take, everyone's system may be different. What may work for one may not for another. Trial and error so to speak til you find what may work for you. Washing hands OFTEN when going out in it also as every time I do go outside and touch anything within an hour I am heading for the medicines, all eyes red and watery/itchy, sneezing and what not. Before I go anywhere in my car I am getting the garden hose out and hosing off the pollen. Touching anything outside, I then get it all over me and pay for it all day. I have asthma so for me i am already taking pills daily, including inhalers....and still find myself taking over the counter items and eye drops. It never use to bother me when I first moved to the south several years ago, then after about 6-7 years later it hit me and has every year since.
