I am assuming these shoes are used for more than just you (walking about) and that she uses the same shoes each time. If so, they are dirty and should not be used in such a way. you are correct to be concerned for your health. If you decide to ask your Mistress to stop for your health's sake do so in a polite, submissive manner. Years ago, while I was still wandering between Domination and submission, I managed to tear the nipple of a male bottom with my heel, thought I was trying to be very careful. But, the posibility of the condom tearing on an edge is to great with a heal imo. It's better than nothing though.
