If so, they are dirty and should not be used in such a way. you are correct to be concerned for your health. If you decide to ask your Mistress to stop for your health's sake do so in a polite, submissive manner. Also realize you have every right to decline any play if it has, or can, cause you harm you do not wish to incure.

The heels themselves were made of steel, but still...
I would definitely use some "second skin" latex.

This is a very good idea and one I though of when I read the OP's ponderings. But, the posibility of the condom tearing on an edge is to great with a heal imo. It's better than nothing though.
