I know, I know the Huff post is a liberal bastion of evil, but people like Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck are morons, and too many people belive them.

Of course, calm and reasonable discussion on both sides of the fence have never been popular, but the hatemongering is really getting old, and I believe, dangerous.

Fuck that Servant...a radio...praticularly one on a car is for listening to tunes....and if one has any taste at all it would be permanetly set on  your local classic rock station.

I don't watch PBS much anymore, since I get my science fix off the cable channels for the most part, and Frontline gets a bit melodramatic for my tastes. 

Once in awhile I'm up early enough on the weekend to hear Media Matters on NPR, and they'll spank NPR.  The BBC's done the same from time to time, on a local NPR station.

For that matter, frequent listeners will call in and spank NPR. 

I generally like the interviews on BBC, since they'll follow up on obvious waffles and bullshit that NPR leaves dangling in the breeze....while I'm going "hey, that's bullshit!  Ya need a follow up!"

I still have to turn the dial on my basement and garage radios. You are right about one thing though. In the car it is music. In my car it's country classics..

Fer music in the car, I go CDs.  It's hard to find stations that play all the types of music I like.

In the garage, though, it tends to be classic rock.

I don't even own a functioning radio....I got MP3s (some 800 hours worth of them) instead...my station only plays what I like [:)]

I tend to break the dials on a radio.   The one that changes the station.  lol.   I busted 3 radios this way.

Love it when libs start whineing when a conservative starts hitting too close to the real outing of their Marxist beliefs for the people to see and hear... kinda like being in war when the incoming rounds start impacting inside the perimeter.... poor baby....is mean old Glen Beck being sooo unfair to you poor little communist ambitions??... Glen...you are ON TARGET...fire for effect! He has you assholes pegged and its making you crazy when he drills your lying teeth with no novicane.... Insulting people has its time and place. 

But like any tool- over use and misuse only wrecks the thing.

The poster has now had time to blend in with the board- or at least brush up on how we treat each other here.

So- to say he is new and doesn't know - can no longer be argued.

Smug and insults -  are getting old.   Others have their days- or moments.

But I guess it takes all kinds to make the world go round.

So who knows.

in the same way that a woodpecker going to town on one of my eyes is noticeable.

the same goes for npr. they had Tom Woods on to discuss nullification and the entire thing was an ad hominem tying nullification to racism (someone's never heard of the hartford convention...or protests against the first sedition act) and individuals who even mention nullification as racists.

I would listen to npr news and analysis in college for the entertainment value and that's about it.

True.  It is 95% agenda - planned by think tanks financed by the mega elite for THEIR ends- not ours.  It is all a lie.
