I think I knew I had arrived when I started meeting people from the boards in person and we made an effort to stay in touch and hang out as much as possible. I also knew I arrived when people made a choice to spend the past couple of birthdays with me, some local and some from far away. Like Lushy, I have also received a gold note that said, "You've been here long enough to know better..."
