Faced with my imminent return to work after a period on sick leave, I'm unsurprisingly rather nervous. So I got to thinking - how can I best relax so that the first day back is a happy one, and not a stress-filled nightmare? If the sun is shining again tomorrow I will go for a long bike ride, and maybe take a picnic and a good book. So my question is...when faced with a stressful situation, or having survived a stressful situation, what do you do to relax? edited to add: This is meant to be a light-hearted survey-type thread, not a 'poor bunny wahwahwah' thread, so please feel free to be as honest/silly/depraved as you like! [:D]
