No I claimed the my Father was not arrested out of state due to the intervention of a state trooper in that state. You called me a liar. The FACT is that he went to Michigan right after that, that does not sound like arrested to me.

Your post #166 in this thread

I have never mentioned you or referenced you in any post not in direct response to a post you have made. You don't rate that much of my attention.

"Whatever municipality they are in, and even the state of Iowa cannot imprison them"

OK you got me there, basically on a technicality. I should have said they DID not, but then, why ?

So I have admitted it, in a flurry of text yes, I made a mistake. Without diplomatic immunity, of course they can, but the point is that they didn't. Sure it would have gone different if the olman was drunk or wreckless, or depending, even not if he was actually at fault. But wherever it was in Iowa or Antarctica, a resident would have been arrested. The handcuffs went on, but then they came off.

You apparently can't even imagine for a moment that I have a triple digit IQ and that this is true. You don't even want to know why something like this happened. All you do is say that it couldn't have happened and offer jack shit in the way of real proof.

Fucking I dunno. You think everything is so specific. Groan. OK, in the 1970s auto manufacturers made cars duifferent for sale in CA. That meant you cannot sell a new car in CA if it doesn't meet their stricter air pollution standards. But that was never construed to mean that you couldn't DRIVE a car that didn't meet their standards in that state. The only problem was getting their license plates. And this had no effect on the DL.

That's all fuck it. I have agreed to disagree, why can't you ? This is getting boring.

T

DomKen -> RE: Common Law and rights (4/21/2010 2:39:44 PM)

If its boring you then stop posting.

Cars were built to meet CA emissions standards is significant how?

I'm still waiting for you to explain how any of these many posts are associated with your initial claim that 'challenge jurisdiction' was the silver bullet to use to get out of legal trouble. You're reduced to making completely bizarre, and proven untrue, claims about a traffic stop more than 30 years in the past.

US title 4 neither prescribes nor proscribes gold fringe, and does not differentiate military colors from US flags in any respect.

So, thats fucked for you.

ok fucktard I made it perfectly clear that was a guess since I have not looked it in a zillion years.  If you want me to offer any kind references at all in the future you are shooting it all in the ass if you want to continue acting like a fucktard about it.

The gold fringed flag is a parade flag, it is not military.

yeh they use it for that. but the ones in the court are a flag under the executive if you wanna look it up.

the flag of the united states is a war flag.  wtf is a war flag doing in a court room full of civilians.

and it denotes jurisdiction.  but you knew that right?

jlf1961 -> RE: Common Law and rights (4/21/2010 4:20:42 PM)

Real, to use a term from my youth, You are a fucking broken record.

There is no such thing as a US WAR flag.

I just read all of USC 4. Nothing in it defines what would make a flag 'military.' If you cannot present some evidence beyond your own assertions why do you continue with these claims?

On behalf of the bar associations and law schools of several nations, I would like to convey their heartfelt thanks for your excellent efforts towards demonstrating to any tempted to undertake legal actions in their own name, interpret or otherwise use the law, that it should be far more sensible to instruct a qualified lawyer.

was it even the right code for shits sake?  LOL

I pulled that one square out of my memory on a guess LOL

you need to ask yourself this question ken.

Is it flown on anything that goes into war?

Yes then it is a war flag,

no then it not.

take your time,

oh and if a war flag is a military flag then what the fuck is it doing in a civilian court room?

really? I thought that applied anywhere but in a court room, and principally in the military.

in what circumstances I wonder, should the court room hang its flag upside down to convey distress?

well I never seen one upsidedown in a court.  You mean stripes verticle?  That is not upside down.

Upside down is when the stars are on the bottom and that is a distress call

LadyEllen -> RE: Common Law and rights (4/21/2010 5:25:29 PM)

thats what I mean - the distress call, as used on ships in particular

in what circumstances would the distress call be signalled in a court room?
