Only when forced. At gun point. As in, while I was in the Army. I did do some aerobics, but after breaking my foot, TWICE, I have since stopped that. Probably caused by something to do with wearing socks on a hardwood floor. [8\|] But I just do not want to take that chance. I figure that the random-fluctuations-in-the-space-time-continuum were trying to tell me something.

PA is bored and wishes to know more about us. I do resistance training at Curves...no bouncy there. I also do an exercise bike and walking. I walk in Austin all of the time when I am not on the computer.
