Me too! Any chance we can line up other people who want to rule us all by virtue of their absolute faith in other unproveable things?

*laughs*  Of course Lucy wasn't talking about people with faith, she was talking about people who use "God" as their reason (excuse) to further their own agendas which are far from being religious in nature.  An example would be when King Philip IV using heresy as an excuse to murder the Templars in order to wipe out his own financial debt and to make a land grab in the process.  The number of examples would be exhausting to relate.

Of course you understood that, you were just using this post as a way to further your own agenda.  Cool.

These conservatives that you're inventing in your head... as you imagine them, by any chance, do they look like this?

It's not just defense, Tim. The Tea Party as a constituency does not want to cut entitlements like social security and medicare - except for those who don't deserve them. They also don't want to raise taxes. With defense and entitlements being the largest pieces of the budget pie, it appears these uber-Conservatives want their pie and eat it too. They would never support a candidate who was truly committed to reducing the debt, once they understood what needed to be done to achieve that goal. We all want to reduce the debt, but I can't take these clowns seriously.

Not quite, Eyes. I think the folks who try to dictate how society should act based on their beliefs in "what God wants" are generally doing so in good faith to their beliefs. The same can be said of people who wish to dictate based on popular but unproven/unproveable theories of social interaction.

There are, of course, those with power who behave in the fashion you describe, but they manipulate and lie based on beliefs other than religions as well.

cuckoldmepls -> RE: Conservative Principles and Activism Group Core Beliefs (4/20/2010 9:34:15 AM)

Let me clarify something here for people who can't think for themselves. Every group, forum, and website has a right to limit their membership to which ever group they cater to. If you join a group that has labeled themselves for Jewish people only, then they have the right to moderate you or deny your membership if you spout anti jewish propoganda. If you join a gun group, and you are anti gun then they have the right to moderate you or deny your membership if you spout anti gun propoganda. If you join a gay marriage group, and you spout anti gay marriage propoganda, then they have the right to moderate you or deny your membership. Get the point? The only thing they can't do is deny your membership according to race, sexual orientation or gender. It's funny how you think a conservative group doesn't have the right to moderate anti conservative people. I think this is the same as gay groups who preach tolerance for their lifestyle, yet they have no tolerance for any perspective that opposes gay marriage. Can you spell Hypocrite???

This site is a member of the free speech coalition and does not label themselves as conservative or liberal. It's an open forum. There are just as many kinky conservatives as there are kinky liberals, but in your feeble mind, all conservatives are bible thumpers. So you automatically assume this is a liberal forum. Wrong!!!

For the record, conservatives aren't concerned about being infiltrated. We have nothing to hide. Our agenda is simply this. Conservatives have on a massive scale remained silent for the past 30 years, not realizing how far liberals were willing to go. We had no idea that they were willing to make English speaking, Christians a minority group in our own land, and eventually persecuted to the point where people can't even practice freedom of speech in church or in public since it could be construed as hate speech. Perhaps persecuting christians doesn't bother you, but do you really think Sharia law would be better than Judeo Christian law? Do you really think your husband should be allowed to kill you if you shame him by cheating on him? They have already tried to implement Sharia law in England once already.  Once they get enough political power they will be successful.

The real test of a political agenda is to ask yourself how far a leader would be willing to go if there was no opposition. The answer is obvious. Without opposition Obama would completely erase our borders, grant amnesty to anyone who can step foot on American soil now and in the future, nationalize health insurance companies, oil companies, and banks. Pay for abortions and have an abortion clinic on every corner, legalize marijuana and other drug offenses to collect taxes on it, immediately confiscate every gun in America, raise taxes to over 50% to redistribute wealth, rewrite the constitution completely in his image, and reducate our children to teach them that hard work never accomplished anything, socialism and volunteerism does. This despite the fact that capitalism turned us into a superpower, until the big spending liberals, rino's, and globalists took over. This is just a short list of what he would do.

Now, let's be honest, what would Bush have done without any opposition. He would have created a North American Union, and appointed himself the new President. He would have invaded Iran as well ending the nuclear threat to Israel, and installed a new modern government based on freedom of speech. Oh sure they have elections in these other countries, but without freedom of speech, they really aren't free elections.

Would Bush have taken away our guns, eliminate free speech, and allow Sharia law to take over? Not a chance.

We aren't concerned about what liberals think. We know that all we have to do is speak out, which we haven't done in the past 30 years, and we will accomplish our objectives. In a recent MSNBC poll only 21% of the population admitted to being a liberal. Most liberals are proud of their ideas. I view this is as an accurate poll. We aren't concerned about those people. Our goal is to reveal the truth to the people who are on the fence, and the fact is, that only true conservatives believe in the constitution, and there would be no $10 trillion debt, and no unconstitutional federal programs or agencies if true conservatives had been in charge for the past 50 years.

And yes, you could still screw who ever you wanted, speak what ever language you like, and give all your money to charity if that's what you wanted.

mnottertail -> RE: Conservative Principles and Activism Group Core Beliefs (4/20/2010 9:39:35 AM)

But 97 wasn't enough and I don't feel like all that typing

brainiacsub -> RE: Conservative Principles and Activism Group Core Beliefs (4/20/2010 9:52:16 AM)

Goddamn cuc, if you really believe all this why are you guys fucking around with yahoo groups? Why don't you just put everyone who doesn't believe in Judeo-Christian law and free speech into FEMA death camps? If Europe had done that they wouldn't have the problems with their Muslims they have today.

I would be hard pressed to concede that they had studied any U.S. history.

Because that would be increasing the powers of the evil Feds, I suppose. I doubt cuckytard minor would be into that as an idea on general principles.

brainiacsub -> RE: Conservative Principles and Activism Group Core Beliefs (4/20/2010 3:44:16 PM)

I can hear the Freedom Fighters now...."Get your government hands off my FEMA death camp!"
