However she's a BBW, dress size 22-24, which is a 48inch hip measurment.

Does anyone know where i can get some in that size?

The next best thing would be the butterfly style ones with the elastic waist and leg straps, though this isn't exactly what i'm after.

I can find plenty of lingerie, but nothing with the built-in vibrator in her size.

I might have to make something myself.

those tend not to actually have anything built in. just a pair of panties with a pouch sown on with a regular rc bullet vibe. an rc vibe costs about 20-25 vs 27, so you're basically paying the extra 3-4 for a pair of panties.

There is a pair out there that fit up to a 44 inch waist I believe,Its by pipedreams fetish fantasy line and costs around 40$

On the other hand
I have in the past gone with a regular size panty and used sewn in more elastic. with varying degrees of luck.
