STATE DEPT. DECLARES: 'Global warming unequivocal and primarily human-induced'

WASHINGTON, April 19 (Reuters) - An environmental coalition publicized a new U.S. draft report on climate change on Monday, one week before the expected unveiling of a compromise U.S. Senate bill that aims to curb greenhouse gas emissions.

The Project on Climate Science, a coalition of environmental groups, publicized the report in advance of Earth Day on April 22, a spokeswoman said. The report was released with little fanfare on April 7 and posted on the Federal Register on April 8.

Supporters of the bill hope this will pave the way for the full Senate to debate and pass a measure in June or July.

Ahhh, so the debate is finally over, eh?
This means without a doubt that global warming is NOT man made. Anything the government has said since about 1970 or so has been a lie. Really helps figuring out what's the truth and what isn't, when they're so consistently "wrong"! And the more adamant about an issue, the likelier it is that they're "wrong".
It's great to have this confirmation, thanks for posting.

WTF?

The Project on Climate Science, a group I've never heard of, says that pollution is bad.  I can believe that.

Then the article suddenly talks about a State Department draft.  Huh?

Did the State Department adopt the PCS report?  If so, why?  Did it give them a grant to do the work?

And why is the State Department doing this?  The only involvement they should have in environmental issues is in how to gain consensus on the international community following the US' lead.

Reuters is supposed to be a legit news source.  They can't even write?

I need to be paid for the carbon footprint of this post.
