Should the Master or the Mistress suck and lick their slaves gentials and pleasure them or not ?? or it is up to the Master and the Mistress ??? or a Master and Mistress gets only pleasure and never go to the lower level of the slave and suck their gentials . ??

I am talking about all relationships .. gay, lesbian and straight either males or females ..

To be extremely blunt about this... more blunt even than I normally am, who says a D-type (like myself for example) is unable to find pleasure from a dick in his/her mouth?  I personally like such a thing once in a while. 

It's also fun for making the pet squirm, reasserting where the control is and that I can do what I wish to his body, whichever part I wish, for however long I wish.

That, and frankly, they're fun to play with. [:D]

In a healthy Master/slave dynamic...we do what pleases us. If it pleases me to be on my knees giving a blow job or tossing his salad I will. If it pleases me that the slave does that then that is what will happen. There is no rule book that says  dominant must do A, B or C , we do what we believe is suitable/appropriate  in our own dynamic and according to the what we negotiated before taking on a slave or submissive.

Page 65, section 4, paragraph 2 states that a Dominant is permitted to give pleasure to a slave/submissive on the 4th Friday of every month between the hours of 6 pm and 7 pm only.  Any other pleasuring will be considered a reason for the contract to be revoked and the Dominant then becomes the submissive while the submissive then becomes the Dominant. 

So your answer is yes and no and it depends.

As an answer for the question from topping frm bottom ... I am asking this question because i like to know what other people do and learn from them too,
Asking questions have never been a sign of ignorance ... everyone is learning each day even if they have a 100 years of experience .. so it is not shame or wrong to ask questions at all .. on the other hand, i respect all the question that anyone asks cause may be i would learn something new from that question or correct an information that i had before ..

i think anything the people involved want to do is okay. But, if a Dom/me wants to do oral on His/Her s-type, why on earth say no? Just my opinion, but i think that'd be nuts!

I am not a Mistress or a Dominant Male, but I wanted to sound off a bit too.  [:D]  And I love love LOVE for my man to "go downtown".  However:
