CRESTVIEW -- A 44-year-old man was charged with battery April 10 after his girlfriend told police he had sealed off one nostril and blown the contents of the other nostril all over her.

The nostril contained blood and other bodily fluids, according to his Crestview Police Department arrest report. He had been in another altercation, which caused his nose to bleed.

The woman had blood splattered on her face, chest, arms and pants, but no signs of any injury that could have caused the blood to be hers, the officer noted.

He is due in court May 4.

Assualt with a deadly nasal passageway!
Reminds me of the scene in Woody Allen's "Sleeper" where he held a gun on the detached nose of the dictator.

I wonder what precipitated this "altercation" and was the man infected with something that would be life-threatened if the girl contracted it? Should be an interesting trial.

BTW: I went to the site - NWFDailyNews is located in Ft Walton, Florida. The page with the aticle had an ad for the F-35 Lightning II, built by Northrup Grumann. Are they suggesting I purchase one for my own private airforce? I WISH I were in that tax bracket!

I caught the end of "Supernatural" the other night, one of the four horsemen is pestilence (matt frewer) and he was in a shop hawking up snot and phlegm all over the place, great big sticky slimy wads of it, I was trying my hardest not to bring up my supper.

We really need something like a quasi humor category here, I'll mail support about it.

Really da broad ain't got a case. Why ? Well he fucks her and eats her out, she blows him and they both probably eat each others' ass even (well, maybe not after this LOL). So the assertion of intent to infect is out the window.

And if he did that to my sinister she would clean herself off with his face and hair. All I would do is watch. He might call the cops but just what the fuck would he say ?
