Okay, so I've always thought yeah, they block you from touching yourself directly, but can't you rub yourself against the strap that is against your fun zone and come that way? Or press against it? BTW I'm asking from a female perspective.

I guess the easy way to test this is to put on a pair of close fitting jeans and see how much pleasure you get.

I'm gonna guess that you will get some pleasure/stimulation but ultimately can't climax.

Your Dom might choose to use some padding between the belt and your 'fun zone' to make sure you can't feel anything, or perhaps letting you tease yourself with no relief is a better form of control.

Chastity belts are usually in preventing sexual intimacy between two people.  Historically between the "virtuous" maiden and some lurking scoundrel trying to get into her pants...He'd need a locksmith to get anywhere, or get hurt trying.  I would think the design would allow for a female to gain some self-love time with it on, but that of course was not what a good girl would do...it being a sin and all.

To prevent diddling oneself, that may not be the best suitable equipment.  The idea of some padding is very good, and right off the bat; those nice old-style menstruation belts underneath would be perfect.  So would some tight constrictive clothing...no slack = no fun.  would help holding that pad in place.  On the other side, why not just put something on the hands and or tie them away from the source of the fun?  Keep the legs apart as well (yes we know you can do that grinding trick), and don't let any bent legs let the heels come too close to the groin area (yep know that one too), so no possible contact can be made that will yield any positive results.

Another little thing would be to perhaps use some topical every time some diddling was discovered, that would have a numbing effect or perhaps a more negative response could be had. Some conditioning where the impulse to play with one's self uncontrollably would negatively reinforced with the subject thinking more than twice in doing it again.  Just a few ideas...

Depends, what kind of belt are we talking about here, are you asking about one of those leather harnesses or about something more like this:

That is a nice one alright...  But this one comes with lo-jack:

Really, can't say I have any idea what that is or why you posted a picture of it.....

Personally, I could never see the point. My mistress said don't play with yourself, so I didn't. If you can't follow a simple order like that, then there is a problem somewhere.

Stainless steel belts from reputable manufactures generally have a secondary shield that sits over the primary vaginal shield such as the one in the picture I previously posted. The pic below is the same type of belt without the secondary shield, the slot in it (if properly fitted) means the clitoris won't touch the primary shield and the secondary shield is raised so that it won't rub against your "fun zone".

This belt (if properly fitted) stops orgasm via vaginal or clitoral stimulation. Whether or not the belt actually works depends on whether you're able to orgasm from other kinds of stimulation. The belt obviously can't stop women who are able to orgasm from being spanked or having their breasts played with. Also, this design doesn't stop anal penetration (there are some that do) so if you're able to orgasm that way.....

*shrug* I suppose for the same reasons that people use restraints instead of just saying hold still.

Hi Primal,

Not to seem indelicate or too practical, but.. um... how does one pee in one of these chastity contraptions?

That's what the little holes in the secondary shield are for.......it's an issue.
