That doesn't change the fact that the vast majority of public scandals involving hypocritical behavior by politicians/prominant Republicans has been based on violation of stated religious values/principles. I'm not in a hole. I have the high ground on this one.

And to that end they are the first to criticize the moral failings of their opponents, hence the $80 million we spent so the Republicans could find out that Bubba couldn't keep his dick in his pants. A number of those who denounced Clinton as a "scumbag" and unfit for office because of his extra-marital affairs were then caught up in their own sex scandals, including Dan Burton, Newt Gingrich, and Larry Craig, among others.
