Not sure about your demographic there, "david", but this is the really real world, and you know what we have here? Common? That's funny. I don't know a single Domme/sub couple who does this as a permanent situation. Maybe once in a while for fun on a weekend or something to that effect. OP, you must know an entirely different group of people than I do.

I'm with the others - naked is ok, but not as a 24/7 thing. At our house, it's generally not advisable, because family drops by randomly (and sometimes gets flashed as I make the 2 step trip from my bedroom to the bathroom and I don't know that they are there ...), and we have a large number of animals that have to be cared for, plus have sharp nails and teeth - and you really don't want a dog to mistake any parts for chew toys ...

Everyone has different preferences, and it's not really practical to enforce nudity in most situations. For starters, they'd never let you come back to Howard Johnson's again.
