If it's role play then it is inherently safe. She puts on a see through nightie, you tie a stocking over your head and say "Ah, I have now broken into your apartment and propose to have my way with you". And then you do so with her pretending to protest.
If however you mean she has a rape fantasy and you would like to make it come true, which is what I'm assuming...
First you ask her if she really wants to do this or if she prefers to keep it as fantasy. Because we all have fantasies we don't want acted out.
If she says yes, she does. Then you get a key to her apartment. You agree to do this sometime in the next couple of months on only a night where she can rest up all the next day. Then about 3 weeks later you show up at 2 in the morning after having sent her to bed early which you should do on Friday nights the whole time. She's asleep, you wear new jeans and a different cologne and talk in rough tones as little as possible. You wake her up with a dull edge of a butter knife, lights off, and order her to behave or else. Then have fun.
For the first time, identify yourself afterward, be available for lots of comforting for months afterward as she may well need it. Oh and she needs a safeword in case she's going into panic or such. If she does, don't make her think she was a failure. Tell her how well she did in handling it as long as she did. Suggest you try it as role play next time to see where the problem lies.
Make sure you know this woman in real life and aren't answering an ad from a supposed female wanting a stranger to do this. Because that has frequently turned out to be a vengeful ex wanting to get her hurt.
