In London it is legal to urinate in public only if you are a black cab driver, and you keep one hand on the cab at all times (originates from when the cabs were horsedriven and you couldn't just leave the horse in the middle of the road).

On Ocean Beach, Fire Island, a beach community, it is illegal to eat an ice cream cone while walking on the sidewalk.

In Pennsylvania it is illegal to sleep on top of a refridgerator while outdoors.

You cannot become a Govenor of Pennsylvania if you've ever participated in a duel.

Dynamite is not to be used to catch a fish.

Some from Poland...

All laws in Poland apply equally to Polish nationals living outside Poland.

It is illegal to commit a sexual act with another person which involves a threat, use of force or violence.

It is illegal to make someone else commit a sexual act by use of a threat, use of force or violence.

It is illegal to engage in a sexual act in the 69 position.

It is illegal to possess pornographic images in any place which may be seen by someone who does not wish to see them.

It is illegal to buy or sell contraceptives.

It is illegal to buy ice cream or ice in winter.

In Swidnicy (eastern Poland) owners of four legged animals must keep them quiet between 10pm and 6am.

The minimum age to buy alcohol is 18, but it is legal to drink alcohol from birth.

It is illegal for any bakery to give bread to poor people.

FR: One that I remember from a long time ago is in Washington State it's illegal to have sex with a virgin. Even on the wedding night.

There was a law on the books until a few years ago that stated that the Speed limit in Melbourne city (Aus) was 5 Mph and that you had to have a person with a red flag walking in front of the vehicle when it was in motion.

I can't imagine those.. wow... and 69 is my favorite.
