She is getting a tooth pulled where she has the abcess at today. that will take care of some part of the problems. I know she will get her gallbladder out sometime this week. I know my brother will be taking some time off just to be there for the kids. I did offered to help out with the kiddos, but I suspect that I will be doing loads of laundry instead.

Okay...today's session... Our doctor had her admitted to the hospital. She dropped me off here at the house and drove herself in. Before she did that, I made sure she had some food...chicken tenders. She has been living on broth for about 3 weeks and lost over 30 pounds without exercise (unless you call chasing a nudist infant as a workout). My brother is taking some time off from work. He was bringing me into town when I heard a familiar sound...gurgling...the baby was having a vomiting fit. We drove back to his house, aired out the van and lysol the seat. I went with her in case of needing support. The doctor called my brother up about a hospital stay and he said to do it. She is going to have a gallbladder funtion test done. I hope that they check her pancreas as well. Not to mention the bile duct..

They did a test early this morning and we are just waiting for the results. She was screened for cancer, tumours and who knows what else. I am thinking her gallbladder is full of gunk, like I had back in '03. My brother is caring for the kids and claims he has them tied up hanging in the closet. I can hear them in the background causing chaos.

shahar honey, My very best wishes for your loved one, and tell your brother to use duct tape, it works much better than hanging them..

I told him that before I read your post, GI. results are back...she has a bad gallbladder (I thought so) but they are taking care of the abcess in her jaw at first. I say knock her out and yank that bad tooth and rinse the socket with normal saline.

My SIL is getting the gallbladder removed tomorrow morning. The doctors finally got the abcess to go away (read massive qualities of antibiotics). I have my doctor's appointment in the hospital so afterwards, I am going to see her unless the doctor does a procedure on me. Maybe I should smuggle in a hamburger so she can eat normal food for once.

Just got the news. Her gallbladder was infected as well. Definitely 2 more days in the hospital doing yet another round of antibiotics Mom is staying at my brother's place, taking care of the kiddos. My SIL will not recognize the place after Mom get done with it.
