Eye Opener: Today's Disposable Society

Listen carefully to the statements near the end of this video about where all the objects shown have come from.

A very sad statement about man's ignorance to the ecology of the planet. Keep in mind that this is just one small example. I realize that we can't be 100% friendly to the environment in today's society, but we need to take more steps to protect it for future generations. I have always done what I can. If everyone does just a little, it will be better for all. Think about it....even something as simple making sure you recycle everything you can (most communities have recycling available)., paper, plastic, glass, and cans.

I agree,unfortunantly I think things will need to get worse before they get better,People are still in denial,think it's to hard to change,and some just don't give a damn.But I don't believe it's hopeless at least not yet.And not to hijack your post but you can do so much more than recycle,I found this cool site that gives ideas that aren't difficult to do daily yes it may seem like little stuff that's not really important to most,but baby steps are better than no steps at allhttp://tipnut.com/20-things-you-can-use-twice-before-tossing/.
