Sometimes a single word can be fascinating.

Do Dominant Women like to be called a "bitch"? Do you enjoy having others think of you as a "bitch"?

I have a postive response to the word. To me, it means something desirable. I love bossy, bitchy, demanding Women. When I look at a woman and say "God, she's such a bitch" I mean that she has a wonderful and desirable quality that I crave. It is a compliment.

I have used the word in some contexts with Dominant Women, and found that they were offended. The word turned them off, though my intent was not to insult. I have since stopped using it.

However, I adore the idea of being controlled by, yes, a bitch.

And the term "Bitch Goddess" is another slang for Domina.

However, at the same time, and paradoxically, I know that "bitch" has another connotation - one that I want applied to myself! I adore the idea of being someone's bitch. Nothing makes me melt more than having a Woman refer to me as "her bitch". The idea of being a "prison bitch" (in the realm of fantasy only) has tremendous appeal - being a captive, dominated by a presence you can't escape.

Such a powerful word, with contradictory meaning.

Do any Dominant Women embrace the word "Bitch" for themselves?

(p.s. Love those t-shirts for women with the word "BITCH" on the front. I love being in a public place when a women wears it.)

I've earned my "bitch" wings and I love it. I have a shirt that says "I'm not a bitch, I am THE bitch and it MS Bitch to you!"

It fits me well. But then again, so does my sweatshirt that says "You can disagree with me, but you'd be wrong".... lol

wanted to add... no one here at home seems to see that in me... I guess I reserve that for male subs... lol

Wow. That's a great t-shirt!

I wonder: has anyone walked up to you and referred to You as "Ms. Bitch"?

Not to my face... lol... really, I'm not scary, a little warped maybe.

No wait, that's right... when I was tending bar and I 86'ed someone he called me a bitch... I said "thank you".

Nice!

And oh - you reminded me. A Mistress once bought me (whoops - made me buy) a black t-shirt with the word "BOY" on front with white letters.

Loved wearing it. And I wonder if it said "SLAVE" would I have still let myself out in public with it?!?

Oh damn. I know I would. The idea is actually quite appealing (but actually frightening, which makes it appealing, which makes it...)

I wouldn't see anything wrong with wearing that in public... I've seen far worse shirts, hell, my vest has a patch on it that says "Fuck you, I have enough friends" on it. I have one shirt that says "How to train your bitch" and it has a bunch of different kneeling positions on it. But then again, I'm very outspoken.

I figure I've earned the title... yes, as a matter of fact, when I get angry fire DOES flash in my eyes and lightning does fly from my finger tips... lmao.

Classy Bitch Here...

B.  Babe
I.   in
T.  total
C. control of
H.  Herself (or him, whichever you prefer..I like both)

And like Jewel, I have said "thank you" on more than one occasion when I have been called a bitch.  In the 'nilla world, having expectations and being demanding (even in a nice way) makes a man confident and executive material.  When a Woman has the same characteristics, she is a bitch.  *shrugs*

I'd much rather consider myself a twisted sadistic bitch, but just .......bitch .......or better yet cold hearted evil bitch.....both will do just as well.

I always enjoyed 'cruel bitch". Both words reinforce and amplify the other.

Yes..I'm a BITCH too.
I find that my mind works this way, and Domination is a relief for me, I dont have to be 'nice'.
Strong and vocalised opinions, following through with wicked thoughts and resisting any forms of control, not hateful, just in an environment where I can be me.
I find new Dominas are hesitant to let this side out, but when given the opportunity to do so they enjoy it, and never look back.

Apparently bitch was one of the first words that I said, much to my mothers horror. Now I very rarely say it, but I'm called it often.

I'm proud to be a bitch

No and No.
Confident, yes.
Demanding , yes.
Dominant, yes.

Perhaps it's all in the perception - I have always perceived 'bitch' to be an insult. The word conjures up an image of an out of control woman, throwing temper tantrums and generally acting like a spoiled brat.
My demeanour is calm, cool and collected for the most part - that doesn't mean I've never acted like the bitch I've described above, I am human after all ;)

I don't go out of my way to be a mean bitch, Im more of a sadist  but I can get mean real quick, its the german temper and red hair.

Doesn't really depend on how it's said?  It seems this is an area where the connotation may be more meaningful than the dennotation.
