A poem I put together after one particular submissive (not on here) always used to tell me, in great detail, when I asked "how are you today"... thought I'd share.

Dear Sir I would accomodate
As I slip naked from my coat
But my agranulocytosis

Mean's I've very little there

I'm afraid angina pectoris
Has shown up in the test

I would offer you my bottom
If anal is your sin
But profound cholecystitis
Means I suffer chronic wind
*
Why yes oh dearest Master

Its non specific urethritis
and not wetness but discharge

Thrombocytopaenia
Causes my bleeding nose
