Obama says there should be a national day of prayer IN SPITE of the court ruling ruling against it.

I believe that any body that wants people to say their prayers and over runs over a court ruling is planning to cut off your head.

If we follow your reasoning, no one should be "encouraged" to reason as well. Or to appreciate nurses, or to give up that yo-yo diet.

And what do men want? Flowers? Candy? A fancy dinner? Not so much. Head seemed much more in line with what we want. So we created a holiday where men get what we want--head.

Every National Holiday needs to be celebrated annually, so we needed to pick a date. We decided upon August, as there are no major holidays in this month. One of our fathers' birthday is August 17, and his name is Dick. It seemed appropriate. And so it was done: August 17 would be National Head Day.

Well, I am going to say my prayers. And I am going to hope that others of any faith do the same. For those who don't have faith or are opposed to it: go about your business, don't pray and enjoy the day.

I don't often agree with Obama, but I do on this one.

You keep saying that, but everything I have seen points to the opposite, including what the man himself says. Now are you implying that the president of our country is lying? Or perhaps you think you know him better than he knows himself.
