You've never met such a woman? I have, and it's an immediate non-starter for me. I did date a petite woman who got an increase from AAA to a B-cup because she was getting annoyed by being mistaken for a child. So I'm not "no plastic surgery, evah." But DD's that don't give realistically when I put them in my mouth? No interest here, so I'm sure not paying someone to grow uglier while I date her.

Oh. Breast Expansion is that simple? I thought it entailed needles and saline and (temporary) stuff like that ... I didn't realize it was surgery ...

i am personally not a fan of breast implants ... i think they end up looking like balloons too many times, i think most guys think small breasts are very sexy ...
