Sexual orientation and poly/mono inclination are two seperate things.
One's relationship doesn't govern the sexual orientation i.e. a bi woman in a monogamous relationship with a man doesn't make her straight
As well being bisexual doesn't mean you "need" to have sex with both genders on a regular basis to feel fulfilled. It means that you are attracted to both genders and when you find your mate it won't matter which gender they are. There are variations of course..
