My hands are bad- as I finally got the tomatos planted.  They did not have peppers.  But I am glad to get them in.

How is your garden going?

Not done yet.

We have been waiting for the ground to be dry enough.  Stupid weather.  As soon as that has happened we are either out of town or it rains again.

I expect the subs of the greater Chicagoland area to plant some tomatoes and drop them off in the latter part of Summer...Thank you.

In exchange you can look at my mandals.

I had planned on planting some tomatoes on the porch, but the weekend flooding sort of got in the way of getting that done. I am waiting until the weather evens out again before I get anything in the ground.

i have cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes, strawberries, cilantro, sunflowers, green peppers, and spinach going. The strawberries aren't sprouting up much, but everything else is doing alright so far!

*shamefaced and In Disgrace* Who me? Starting plants? Garden? What garden? Okay, okay, OKAY! So you can't step without tripping over plants! There are even Japanese eggplants on the deck so I can sit beside them and watch them develop. One will make a spectacularly decorative conversation piece just sitting there with all its shiny purple babies hanging off of it! Next year I come hell or high water I'm finding a tiny corner to put in a raised bed for lettuce!
