Yeh it is but its a mortgage against every piece of property in the country.

People are foolish enough to believe that just because they have a name on their property that they own it and nothing could be further from the truth.

You stopped one step short of making a better argument for your point. Who "owes" an UN-mortgaged property? Stop paying your 'fair share' of the government entitlement programs and 'services' and the owner shows up and kicks you out.

Now if you have a few acres of 'titled land' ownership isn't as pragmatically meaningless a label as 'slave' taken out of relationship context. However the only people in the USA who have such a title are 'Native Americans'; ironic considering a PC historical perspective.

I am a white boy by that I mean not American indian, and I was born here, does that not make me a native American?


All property is mortgaged.  I put up the house congressional record on it.







Your property has been mortgaged by the US Guv


Now entitlements are another story.

They are "presumed" in accord with the trust and you can stop paying for entitlements but then you have to make sure you do not take any entitlements because if you do without a contribution its fraud.

Your contribution is called a tax.


So your property is being used to fund the debt but unlike the bank who makes shit loads of money for assigning credit, they use YOUR PROPERTY and you get a bill called a tax bill for being so kind to "GIVE" you credit to the federal guv to fund THEIR debt.

Where the hell is my check?

Status: offline 		The debt is not a problem. The problems are the budget deficits and the trade deficits. In theory US is a free market economy. As the deficit raises the opposite processes start working against the trend. Linear projections into the future are not valid. There are many levels to deal with the debt (as everybody knows). There is a natural trend  to load it disproportionally on the poor section of the society. Obama administration has already given a signal of cutting entitlements programs, considering VAT and so on.

No, 'Native' refers to where the population is indigenous to, not your individual birth citizenship.

Its my label my declaration not theirs family has been here since the beginning, several generations.  makes me native.
