Ye gods, if you want to object to the usas contribution to the IMF feel free (it's not as if other nations argue trying to get their contribution as high as they can or anything)....but you should have been objecting before now, I'm fairly sure there hasn't been a single year of the last 50 when the IMF hasn't been lending.

Who is objecting? Not me – I think they had to bail out Greece or it would mean another global recession. Europe is an important market for US exports so it’s in America’s interest to bail out Greece.
