I'm not a lawyer, but I suspect you may not deny service to anyone based on race or creed. This is basically impossible to enforce, becuase you can come up with any other reason you want (maybe you dont like their haircut?). But basically, businesses in the US arent allowed to descriminate. Starbucks cannot have a sign on their door saying "whites only" it's plainly illegal. I wonder where folks are getting information to the contrary? Edit: Just looked it up real quick. Here ya go... The Federal Civil Rights Act guarantees all people the right to "full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin." http://www.legalzoom.com/us-law/equal-rights/right-refuse-service
