When a submissive (or anyone), learns to value themselves, change the parts of themselves which hold them back or limit them, both emotionally or pyschologically, and come into the fullness of who they are, surely that is the greatest of achievements. If, in training, which to my mind goes far beyond (although doesn't exclude) discipline, this is achieved, then the pride in the submissive, can't be surpassed. Everything else comes with this.
With this comes the natural grace, vitality, sensuality, and vibrancy which surely any Master would wish to see.
