Status: offline 		Actually, the KTB (Kali's Tooth Bracelet) isn't all that bad....as long as you don't get an erection or try to slide the thing off. It's the same concept as the guy laying on a bed of nails. There are enough "points" so that the effect isn't too bad. But once you get an erection there is a great increase of pressure causing the pins to press deeper, as well as a second problem...the thing acts like a cock ring making it difficult to lose the erection.
