Aylee -> RE: TOO MANY JOBS (5/21/2010 10:23:01 PM)

I think that it is about someone having their job title changed a lot.  However I am not sure what the discussion point is.

Exactly.  And note that a lot of the job changes occurred when she retained the same title but became a "nominee" (whatever that is) for a different party.

Aylee -> RE: TOO MANY JOBS (5/21/2010 10:36:53 PM)

Yes, and I am still not sure of the point.

DarkSteven -> RE: TOO MANY JOBS (5/21/2010 10:38:29 PM)

Yeah... when I read the title, I was hoping for blow jobs, rim jobs, and hand jobs, and instead have to settle for a whack job... [:'(]

Termyn8or -> RE: TOO MANY JOBS (5/22/2010 3:04:06 AM)

Wouldn't it be possibly considered a conflict of interest to work for MERS and banks at the same time ? Even if not, then it is obvious she is just using whatever title is most effective in any case. Even if that is fine and dandy, working for more than one "competing" banking entity has got to be some kind of conflict of interest.

Or is she just hired and fired the next day (or the same day) and living on severence pay ? Perhaps she just gets a whole ream of resignations and job applications every so many months and to make things look good, takes her favorite pen with her to the new job.

This is obviously in response to some of the more recent challenges to foreclosures in the last couple of years. They will take every advantage in court possible of course. In fact "they" are pushing for legislation that would allow foreclosures without a court hearing at all. This after one bank, in court refused full payment as a settlement stating in open court that they would make more money selling the property at a later date.

The legality of this practice has no doubt been researched, so there is not much that can be done.

The world is just full of beautiful human beings ain't it ?

MERS does tho beg the question.-  that they might title a house via the state rather then the county- just like a car.

for our security of course!   gags.

What I always find interesting is how disingenuous you are in not posting links to your articles so that we don't know the source and cannot read them in their entirety.

You assume I get everything through a link.

CM does not allow posting email addresses why you want her email?

MERS is one company that multiple banks used she wasn't holding multiple jobs.

Precisely.  And it is my understanding that MERS is not even a company, but a term used for mortgages where the deeds to those mortgages were electronically clumped in together and sold as packages (or investments), much like what Goldman-Sachs did.

It would be my guess she is suing for foreclosure and trying to say she is an employee of MERS? Maybe so she can say she has a justified and legal reason to sue for something that she doesn't actually own?

RO, you really need to quit this already!

*Editted to add......

MERS is an innovative process (not a company) that simplifies the way mortgage ownership and servicing rights are originated, sold and tracked. Created by the real estate finance industry, MERS eliminates the need to prepare and record assignments when trading residential and commercial mortgage loans.
