The only scenario for a major war I can see today is when a war will start in the Middle East and Russia decides it is strong enough to get involved confronting the US. In essence, it would be a war for control of the major energy resources (and therefore the World economy). North Korea has a million men (likely demoralized) army but no modern weapons or allies.

Russia was promised some sort of status. (Illuminati) But I think that went by the way side - as they don't dance too well for Soros and his hedge fund buddies. Puton is tough... but not stupid- IMO not as trigger happy as the US. But if his back is against the wall- it would be a hell of an effort.

Putin started his career with very bloody war (Chechnya) and he was the main figure behind the attack against Georgia. He is obviously ready to take risks. Energy policy is in the center of the current Russian administration. The general feeling Russians have today is that the US is substantially weakened both militarily and economically. They may count that rookie Obama will back down easily.

Well if North Korea is smart, they will invade South Korea now, while we are bogged down in Afghanistan and Iraq, and we have a president who is a known pacifist. This is their one and only chance to reunite North Korea as a communist nation. Because even if we kick their ass again, this president definitely will not invade and conquer the communists once and for all. They will be forced to sign a peace treaty, but that's no big deal. Communists still do what they want.

North Korea is isolated, so no threat. Russia and China are USA partners. China, though, might invade and conquer the USA as the fruit of a conspiracy between the USA government and China. I do not expect that for about forty or sixty years, though. Iran is on all sides surrounded by allies and troops of the USA. It is a sitting duck and it might well be attacked by the USA in ten or fifteen years.
