I must say though, I prefer to give my commands by hand signal where possible as it is less ostentatious when in public.
Pertaining to the OP's training, I would tell a girl to "kneel to my cock" and she will know precisely what is expected of her. Pretty much as in dog training, it matters little what the actual commands are provided they are consistent for any given action.
Five rather obvious and simple hand signals old chap, Closed right fist at waist level for the first four. Any hand for the last.
- Index and centre fingers straightened, together and pointing to the floor = Stand before me with legs closed (attention position).
- Index and centre fingers straightened and pointing to the floor, spread wide = Stand before to me with legs wide apart.
- Index and centre fingers bent and together, knuckles pointing to the floor = Kneel before me with knees together, and resting on thighs palms up (Gorean Tower)
- Index and centre fingers bent and spread apart, knuckles pointing to the floor = Kneel before me with knees wide apart, and resting on thighs palms up (Gorean Nadu)
- Right forefinger drawn across the throat is obvious and well used = Silence.
Most other signs are derived from standard Military Hand Signs or Native American sign language.
