The only prescription med I've ever taken in my life has been the very occasional antibiotic or get-her-stoned cough suppressant when I had bronchitis once. Now I take my vitamins and supplements and the occasional OTC antacid. I try very hard to live my life in a way that makes prescription meds a non issue.

depends...I have take breathing treatments when I am suck, I take about 5 drugs on a daily basis....

I'm on 4, for diabetes and high blood pressure. 5, if you count the rarely taken sleeping pill.

Are we talking prescription or just anything in pill form? I take a multivitamin, a B12, some BCAAs, a thermogenic, some fish oil, and some MSM/Glucosamine

On prescription meds I am on one per night for my fibromyalgia...that one numbens my nerves and therefore enables me to sleep at night without ending up waking up every 1-2 hours in immense pain and whole-body-stiffness throughout the night...however, my aim is to get off that one once uni is over as with reduced stresslevel, more exercising, regular sleep and healthier eating the condition can get better again (and having that condition since childhood I know it was fine for me all my life....it's only the last 3 years that the symptoms worsened and got unbearable with working over here like a hamster in a wheel around the clock...) but in general I feel blessed to have those meds as they were an amazing treasure to have after a tooth extraction last november...because normal painkiler didn't help much when the pain come through, however using that one and the pain was gone binnen 20 seconds...so overall I am glad to have that tablet that enables me to get good sleep [:)]
